1967 Doisy-Vedrines, Sauternes
Bid on this bottle of 1967 Doisy-Vedrines, Sauternes. Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "This rare wine was poured blind by Olivier Castèja while at the château. The 1967 Château Doisy-Védrines has a deep gold/auburn color. The nose is quintessential Barsac: slightly nutty with tangy Seville orange marmalade and quince (actually reminiscent of mature Tokaji.) That Hungarian theme carries across onto the palate, which has good acidity with tangy mandarin and quince towards the finish. Good length here. (NM)" (08/2015)

1967 Domaine Comte de Vogüé Musigny Grand Cru Vieilles Vignes
Bid on this bottle of 1967 Domaine Comte de Vogüé Musigny Grand Cru Vieilles Vignes. Allen Meadows - Burghound: "Browning now to the center. A slightly maderized nose of crème brulée and brown sugar lead to still drinkable but clearly declining flavors that display plenty of acidity poking through on the slightly clipped finish. Despite the less than stellar description, the flavors are actually quite delicious if highly particular. " (10/2005)

1967 Beaulieu Vineyard "Georges de Latour Private Reserve" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
Bid on this bottle of 1967 Beaulieu Vineyard "Georges de Latour Private Reserve" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "This straightforward, light, fruity, elegant Cabernet exhibits medium body, a clean, herb, berry, and earth-scented nose, soft tannins, and a pleasant, polite finish. Although it was not a big wine, I was pleased with how it performed in this tasting. (RP)" (04/1992)

1967 Suduiraut, Sauternes
Bid on this 2-bottle lot of 1967 Suduiraut, Sauternes (94RP). Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Tasted from the Chateau reserves at the estate. This has a similar nose to the bottle shown in London, perhaps a little fresher but still reminiscent of Climens. The palate is well balanced and vibrant, that citric seam of acidity still present, fresh and lively with barley sugar, orange rind and marmalade towards the taut but long finish. This is certainly one of the better 1967 Sauternes and it just gets better and better in the glass, exuding great tension and freshness, a Sauternes egging you on to take another sip. (NM)" (09/2011)
