James Suckling
An attractive, regular Chablis that has bright dried-pear and apple-ring character, quite generous body, but enough lemon-peel freshness to carry it. Some chalky minerals at the finish. Drink on release.

Allen Meadows - Burghound
Pretty and fresh notes of mineral reduction, oyster shell and citrus lead to delicious, nicely rich and textured middle weight flavors that are clean, dry and refreshing if only moderately persistent and complex.

Robert Parker's Wine Advocate
Long-Depaquit's 2017 Chablis Villages is performing nicely from bottle, offering up aromas green apple, lemon, smoke and oyster shell. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, with good volume and a bright spine of acidity. It's a precise but accessible generic Chablis that's already drinking well. (WK)

Vinous
The 2017 Chablis, which only sees stainless steel, has a simple and rather ordinary bouquet. The palate is slightly bitter on the entry but offers far more personality with Granny Smith apples and a fine saline undercurrent. I appreciate the tension on the finish, but just wish that the nose offers more. Tasted blind at the BIVB Chablis tasting. (NM)

Wine Spectator
The flavors of this white verge on peach, with a core of straightforward apple and light earth notes. Persistent on the lingering, lemony finish. Drink now. (BS)
